Nutmeg leaf, lemongrass, and bee nests contain bioactive compounds that have potential as mosquito repellents. The purpose of this study was to learn about the bioactivity a combination extract nutmeg nests, well determine efficient repellent lotion recipe from extract. maceration process used for extraction. Total flavonoid content estimated by comparing it quercetin. absorbance value measured with UV-Vis spectrophotometer. concentration in 0%, 2.5%, 5% 10%. total found be 16.67 mgQE/g. 2.5% formula has protective power 22%, 62.96%, 10% 82.41%. From these results, can seen much most effective repellent. outcomes are expected help community select environmentally friendly safe insect
